If your teacher is rostering your classes in NoRedInk using Schoology, you can use this article to help you join your class and get started on your assignments. Check out each section below to learn how to join your Schoology-synced class!

Sign up with Schoology
If this is your first time using NoRedInk and you're accessing the platform through Schoology, follow these steps to join your class! These instructions will help you get connected quickly and start working on your assignments.
- Log in to your school or district's Schoology Portal.
- You can view your assignments by selecting your class on the Courses page.
- You'll then select your assignment to open it.
- When you select the assignment, you'll be prompted to select Sign up as a student.
- Select the method you would like to sign up for an account
- You'll then be directed to select your interests and complete your account creation.
Since this is the first time being assigned a NoRedInk assignment by your teacher, opening your first assignment will automatically enroll you in your teacher's NoRedInk class once your account has been created.
Log in with Schoology
If you've used NoRedInk before and your teacher wants you to access the platform through Schoology, you'll need to ensure that your NoRedInk account and Schoology accounts are connected to join your class. To log in to an existing NoRedInk account using Schoology, follow these steps:
- Log in to your school or district's Schoology Portal.
- You can view your assignments by selecting your class on the Courses page.
- You'll then select your assignment to open it.
If you are already logged in to your NoRedInk account, you will see a welcome screen in Schoology that looks like the image below. To proceed with connecting your account with Schoology, select the "Yes, use this account" button.
If you are not yet logged in to your NoRedInk account, you will be able to log in directly from Schoology after opening your class assignment. You'll select the login option that you used when you first signed up for NoRedInk on the Log In page.
