Join a Clever-Synced Class

⚠️ Important: If your teacher rosters with Clever, you will not receive a class code.

Sign up with Clever

If this is your first time using NoRedInk and you're accessing the platform through Clever, follow these steps to join your class! These instructions will help you get connected quickly and start working on your assignments.

1. Log in to your school or district's Clever portal.
2. On your portal, select the NoRedInk app icon.

3. On the next page, select Sign up as a student. 

 

4. You'll be directed to select your interests and complete your account creation. 
5. Once you've finished creating your account, you'll be brought to your NoRedInk dashboard.

You'll automatically be connected to your teacher's class, and you should be able to begin working on the assignments your teacher has assigned! 

Log in with Clever

If you've used NoRedInk before and your teacher wants you to access the platform through Clever, you'll need to ensure that your NoRedInk account and Clever accounts are connected to join your class.

My existing NoRedInk account uses the same email as my Clever account

If your active NoRedInk account uses the same email as your Clever account, you can follow these steps to join your class!

1. Log in to your school or district's Clever portal.
2. On your portal, select the NoRedInk app icon.

3. Clever should recognize that you already have a NoRedInk account using the same email address, and your accounts will automatically connect to each other.

My existing NoRedInk account uses a different email from my Clever account

If your active NoRedInk account uses an email that is different from the email used for your Clever account, you'll need to manually connect Clever and NoRedInk to join your class. To link your Clever and NoRedInk accounts together, you can follow these steps:

1. Log in to your existing NoRedInk account.
2. In the upper-right of the screen, select the drop-down by your name and then Account Settings.

3. Select the Integrations section and then select Link with Clever account.

4. You'll be taken to the Clever portal, where you'll sign into your account.
5. Once you've logged in, head to your Clever home page and select the NoRedInk app icon.

6. After NoRedInk reopens, your two accounts will be connected, and you'll automatically join your teacher's class and can begin working on your assignments.
