You can view NoRedInk as a student in your class! This preview mode lets you explore exactly what your students see and interact with on the platform. It's a great way to understand the student experience firsthand! You can also utilize Student View to model writing activities with your students.
To view NoRedInk as a student, you can follow these steps:
- Select the silhouette icon in the top right corner of your teacher dashboard.
- In the drop-down menu, select Switch to Student View.
- On the next page, you'll be brought to a student dashboard, and you'll be able to access any assignments you've given to your class!
💡 If you choose a writing assignment to model with students, your writing for that class will save, allowing you to return at a later time for the next steps in the writing process.
If you teach more than one class in NoRedInk, you'll view assignments for all of your classes. However, your students will not see assignments from classes they are not rostered in.
You can return to your teacher account by selecting Return to Dashboard at the top of the student homepage!
