If you're having trouble logging into your NoRedInk account, here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try to help!
- Make sure you are logging in using the correct login method. If your teacher is rostering your class through a rostering platform like Clever or Canvas, you may need to access those platforms first to access your NoRedInk account.
- If you're a student who accidentally signed up as a teacher, you can follow these instructions to switch your account type.
- If you log in using a username and password and can't remember the username, your teacher can find your username on the Manage Classes page of their account.
- If you used an email address and password to log in, you can use our Password Reset page to reset your password.
- If you have a Google account, you can try to log in with Google Single-Sign-On to see if that was the way you logged in originally.
- If you get logged into your account, head to your Account Settings to make sure that you have an email on your account in case you need to reset your password. We recommend linking your account to Google so you never have to remember a password!
- Try to disable your browser extensions, which can interfere with logging in and using the site.
- Make sure cookies are enabled for NoRedInk.
- Make sure your network is not blocking NoRedInk resources.
If the above steps don't help, email us at support@noredink.com, and we'll be happy to help you get logged in!
