Unblocking content from the following URLs won't unblock content from any providers other than NoRedInk:

NoRedInk also uses the following external resources, which may allow content from providers other than NoRedInk. You may want to unblock these for a better experience on NoRedInk, but unblocking them is not necessary for NoRedInk to work:

- guide.zdassets.com
- js.userflow.com
To access and view videos on NoRedInk or our Help Center and access other onboarding resources, you may need to unblock the following URLs:

IP and email addresses to unblock
To ensure proper delivery of your emails to and from NoRedInk and NoRedInk Support, we recommend allowing the following IP and email addresses:
- IP address: 149.72.158.48
- Email domains: @noredink.com and @noredink.zendesk.com
