When you click the "View Writing" icon from your My Assignments page, you can see which of your students have submitted work, are still working, and haven’t started.
When a student has submitted work, a “Grade” button will appear alongside their name. Graded students will display the score you gave them on the assignment.
Individual Student Submissions: Viewing and Grading Students’ Work.
To see a particular student’s writing, click the student’s name from the class progress page.
You can see a student’s most recently saved revision from this page, so you can monitor students’ progress as they work on their revision.
Once the student has submitted his or her draft, you can assign a grade from this same page. You can also leave comments. Note that while a student is still working, you can’t yet assign a grade or leave comments.
Note: At the moment, there's no way to return a student's Self Review writing back for additional revisions.
Once you click “Post grade and comments,” students will be able to see your feedback, and these grades will be reflected in your gradebook. To edit any grade that you have saved, navigate back to the student's submissions page and click "Edit grade and comments."
