If you need to adjust a student's information, such as their name or username, you can easily make these changes on your Manage Classes page!
To edit a student's information, you can follow these steps:
- Navigate to your Manage Classes page at the top of your dashboard.
- On your class list, find the class the student is rostered in.
- Locate the student you're looking to edit in your class list.
- Select the gear icon next to the student to open the Actions menu.
- In the Actions menu, select Edit student.
- A window will appear where you can either edit the student's first and last name or their username.
💡 You can also enable text-to-speech for an individual student on this same window!
- Once all changes are made, select Save changes at the bottom to finalize.
If you change a student's login username, be sure to let them know their new username so they can successfully log into NoRedInk.
