It's important that students connect their NoRedInk accounts with Clever. This is to ensure that students can use Clever SSO to log in to NoRedInk and that they are enrolled in their NoRedInk Clever-synced classes.
If you see a message in your "Manage Classes" page like the one below, it means that this # of students still need to log in and connect their accounts with Clever before they'll show up in your NoRedInk roster. You can share these instructions for how students can log in via Clever or connect their accounts with Clever.
If your student’s accounts are linked and they are still not showing up in the expected class, we recommend checking with your school Clever administrator to confirm the student is properly rostered in your SIS.
Why is NoRedInk asking my student for a class code?
Clever automatically synchronizes your classes and rosters. You will not see a class code for Clever-synced classes. To see which of your classes are Clever-synced classes, look for the
"Clever
Secure Sync" icon:
If your student is being asked for a class code it is likely they haven’t linked their NoRedInk account with Clever yet. For students with shared devices, it’s also possible they are being directed to the wrong account.
