Peer Review is the new and improved Writing Cycle! We heard you when you said Writing Cycles took too long and were logistically overwhelming, so we made Peer Reviews in response to your feedback.
What's the same?
The basic process of a Peer Review is the same as a Writing Cycle: students submit a draft, their peers give feedback only on topics that they’ve mastered, and students revise until you’re satisfied with their draft.
With Peer Review, you’ll be better able to budget class time to complete the assignment, since we’ve pulled the most variable-length part of the work, practicing topics, out of the main assignment. We’ve also added the ability to manually skip any of your students forward through the Peer Review steps as needed.
Finally, you won’t need to worry about managing multiple start and due dates. Instead, you’ll set just one due date and push the Start button when you’re ready for your students to submit their writing.
