To transfer your account to another teacher, you can simply update your contact information. (An example of a time when you might want to transfer an account is if you were a long-term substitute, and you now want to transfer the entire NoRedInk account over to the permanent teacher.)
Follow these steps to make the change:
- Log into your account.
- In the upper-right, locate your name and click "Settings."
- On the Account Information screen, update the contact information to that of the new teacher. Be sure to update all of the following:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Time zone
- Password (set it to something temporary for now)
- The new teacher should log in and immediately return to the settings page to choose his or her own unique password.
For security reasons, NoRedInk cannot transfer ownership of a teacher's account to another person without written request of the original account owner. If you or your colleague(s) have any questions, please contact email@example.com.
