Once you go to "Assignments" and "Quizzes," you'll be able to click "Performance" for any quiz. If you click on "Item Analysis," you'll then see a table with three types of marks:
- Green checks show that a student answered the question correctly on the first attempt.
- Red checks show that the student made a mistake on the first attempt, but ultimately reached the correct answer after receiving remediation from the site. Note: During a quiz, only the student's initial answers are scored. Corrections made during remediation does not alter a student's assessment grade. Read more here.
- Red x's show that the student never reached the correct answer on that question.
You'll also notice small yellow boxes beside any red check or x. This number is the number of attempts a student made on that problem.
Hovering over any mark will display the question asked and the student's response(s). If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you can also see the average performance and number of attempts on each question.
