There are a few things you can check if a student says that he or she completed work but you aren't able to see their progress:
- The student may be logging in to a different account than the one registered in your class. Ask the student to show you how they are logging in and make note of the username or email address. If you can't determine whether the student has a different account from the one in your class, reach out to us using the "Contact Us" button below and a Support Team member will help!
- The student may be working on independent practice instead of their Assignment. For more information and screenshots that will help your student understand the difference, review this page.
- If your student does not see the assignment at all, review this page.
- If the above steps don't help, contact our Support Team using the "Contact Us" button below. Make sure to include the name of the student and the name of the assignment in question!
